Adult Cooking Classes

Our Goal

CSCE’s objective is to make all of our adult classes fun, educational and informative with a unique opportunity to interact with some of the best chefs in the Springs. Our goal is to make each class memorable beginning with meal preparation and culminating in an intimate sit-down dinner. Bon appetitte!

What to Expect

Welcome aboard! CSCE offers unique, intimate participatory and demo cooking classes. Each class runs 2-3 hours for $85-$100. Menus are diverse, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients, when possible. At the end of each class you will enjoy a sit-down meal with your classmates in CSCE’s beautiful setting, and you’ll receive a complete recipe packet from the guest chef. Meals will include wine and beer pairings but you’re welcome to bring and enjoy your favorite beverage. Bring your enthusiasm and expect a memorable experience!

What Types of Classes are Offered

Classes are of three type; participatory, demo, and Chef’s table. In participatory classes, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to assist in the preparation of the meal. Demo classes are designed to be both fun and educational, with one of our chefs demonstrating cooking techniques, recipes and presentation. Chef’s table classes are crafted to be entertaining and are taught by some of the best chefs in the Springs.

Specialty Cooking Classes

CSCE has partnered with several chefs to host specialty cooking classes, including artisan bread and pastry. Our specialty classes are priced at $45-$65 and typically include a meal. Check our calendar for specific details.

Description A hands-on sushi making experience. Learn the culinary art and history of Japanese Sushi making. Participants will learn the classic techniques of making sushi rice, nigiri, sashimi and selected rolls.
